Quaker State Oil Change Locations! Again, for I know. Ready to share new things that are useful. You and your friends.

1. My home summer air conditioning bill is bigger per month than the winter heating bill per month. Traditional air conditioning is less efficient than heating and natural gas is less expensive than electricity.

We had a good read. For the benefit of yourself. Be sure to read to the end. I want you to get good knowledge from Quaker State Oil Change Locations.

2. Air conditioners have two motors that use electrical power. The compressor is the machine that makes the refrigerant cool the air. The other motor drives the fan that moves the air. Motors are energy hogs.

3. Every degree that you set your thermostat below 78 increases your air conditioning cost by 3 to 4%.

4. While your AC is working normally, you should feel the amount of airflow from your window unit or register for central units. You need to know what is normal to be able to trouble shoot problems.

5. Use a thermometer to check the room temperature and the temperature of the air that the AC is putting out. The air coming out of the AC should be about 20 degrees F cooler than the room temperature. Make a note what the difference is. This is good trouble shooting data for future use.

6. Air conditioning reduces the water vapor in the air turning it into liquid water. This makes us more comfortable by lowering the humidity in the home. The condensed water will flow down hill.

7. The water is supposed to drain outdoors from the back of a window unit, or to a basement floor drain for central air conditioning. There is a drip pan at the bottom of the window unit. There is a drip pan located under the cooling coil, inside the ductwork above your furnace for central air conditioning. The drip pan is there to catch the water and direct it the proper drain location. Seeing a lot of water going to the right place is very good news. It indicates that your AC is working as designed.

8. If water is draining to the wrong place, it can make an unpleasant mess. Window units should be tilted so the outdoor end is a little lower than the indoor end. If it is tilted, too much the wrong way water will drain into the house and make a mess.

9. Water from a central AC draining down inside of the furnace, will rust the furnace and destroy it before it wears out.

10. If the water is not draining, it will make ice and stop your AC from working. When the drip pan fills with water ice will start forming on the cold coil. The ice "grows upward" starting at the bottom of the cold coil. As the ice builds up it blocks the air flowing through the cold coil. You are likely to be unaware if the problem until the temperature in the house goes up. Given enough time a mixture of dust and dirt from the air, will plug the drain. Cleaning the drip pan and drain needs to be part of the pre-season maintenance.

11. How do you know when the coil inside the ductwork is iced up when you cannot see in there? If the fan is running but the airflow is reduced or stopped, it is iced up. See number 4 above.

12. If you do not take corrective action, the AC will continue to run wasting expensive electricity. The ice will continue to build up and the house will continue to get warmer. Action plan: Turn the AC off. Let the ice melt. Fix the drain problem. Turn the AC back on.

13. If the AC stops cooling but the air is flowing normally, the problem is not ice. If there is good airflow but the AC is putting out air that is not 20 degrees cooler than room temperature the problem may be due to low refrigerant level in the AC. See number 5 above. When the refrigerant leaks out the AC will continue to run wasting electricity. With low refrigerant, the AC will cool poorly and waste power.

14. What to do if your AC puts out a normal amount of air that is 20 degrees cooler than room temperature but the house does not cool down? The AC may be too small for the job. It needs your help. Action plan: Reduce the amount of outdoor hot air that is sneaking into the house. Shut off heat producing appliances and old style light bulbs. Close the storm windows and doors. Add more insulation to the attic. Spray water on the outdoor part of the central AC. Spray water on the house. Make shade for the house. Make shade for the AC. Buy another window unit. Pack up and move North.

One of the most pressing questions for a new entrant into the mobile auto detailing or mobile car wash business is; what type of automotive products should I use? Indeed, this is a critical point and buying stuff off the shelves at the big box store instead of professional industry products can be both costly and problematic. So, recently, a new small business owner in this sector from Kentucky, asked me:

"What are the best cleaning products?"

Well, I really like AutoMagic, Beauty Shine, but in your area (Kentucky, that is) there is a manufacturer that Valvoline bought that has decent products, and they are local to you with distributors, if you ask 10-auto detailers this question, they will all have different answers, it's a personal thing. I would say to start with AutoMagic, ask other companies to give you samples if they want to sell to you, eventually you will have your best choices for quality of finished work, price and types of cleaning.

Also remember that often these distributors will refer business to you, such as Wholesale Car Lot Detailing, so if you promise to buy their products they will refer you tons of work. We work extremely close with vendors, so should you. This is an insider's game, the outsiders get slaughtered unless that are ruthless and savvy. We have done a lot of Machiavellian strategies, play it safe as a good ole' boy local there in Kentucky, until you learn the ropes.

This is a real business, not some MBA wimp, group project business plan exercise, you either make money or you go broke and lose everything. Play to win, it's a wicked world and your God will not save you, you must stand tall with integrity, but defend yourself! Sorry to break the news to you, but it is better to know up front, right?

It is important for you to know why you need to convert your engine's oil. Oil needs to convert for any reasons. If your car is new then the oil and filter should be changed every year or every 7500 miles. For a turbo charged gasoline engine or a diesel engine, the oil need to convert every six months or could convert it every 3000 miles.

If you do a lot of highway driving then, you have to convert your oil more frequently. So to be safe it is good to convert your oil every six months or 3000 miles. Many newer vehicles now come has a sensor that indicates you when the viscosity of oil degrades. If you have such one just wait for indication.

Manually you can understand when you should convert your engine's oil by rubbing the oil with your finger. Good oil feels slick and bad oil feels almost like water. You need to check commonly and how commonly depends on how much oil your car uses.

If you still have the warranty of your car then you should verbalize the intervals of oil changing recommended by the manufacturer. If time exceeds, it may void this warranty! So, keep records and receipt for oil changes, if you are under a warranty!

Suggested oil change mileage varies from one person to another according to their experiences and probably type of vehicles. It can range from 3000 to as far as 10,000 miles interval. While others would suggest 3,000 miles or 3 months consumption some experts would recommend an average of 5,000 miles, which is equivalent to once a year oil replacement.

An important factor to consider in deciding how often your car would get an oil change is the type of vehicle you are driving. It is either diesel or gasoline - whichever it is; the car manufacturer has a standard mileage recommended for your own safety. But for most car owners, regardless of the type of vehicle, 3,000 miles or 3 to 6 months is an ideal duration.

If you are often on a highway, without the stop & go city traffic, it may be done on a longer interval. But if you are always on a frequent short drives or dusty road drives, shorter mileage may be required. The climate also has bearings on how often your car gets and oil replacement.

There are other contributing factors that may affect your decision for an earlier new replacement of oil. But some specialists say that old automobiles are still in the running for a 5000 mile mileage. Other vehicles can even get to the 10,000 miles gauge.

Most vehicles now are required an average of 3,000 miles consumption for an oil replacement. As per manufacturer's recommendation, this is important for cars to run with superior competence. Another rationale is for your automobile's regular maintenance check-up.

A general advice by experts though is an oil replacement for every 5,000 miles run. That is, according to them, their best estimate to keep the engine running for long years. It may be too short a mile for most car owners, but ideal for several people.

Do not take risks as it may do you more harm than good. It is better to spend a little of your time and money on car maintenance for a favorable outcome. This may even benefit you in the long run.

Do you know about - How to Create a Niche Market for Your Business

Mobil 1 Oil Change Locations! Again, for I know. Ready to share new things that are useful. You and your friends.

Have you ever wondered how so many beauty salons, web design companies, attorneys or Mexican restaurants can exist in the same geographic area? Especially in small populated areas? Maybe the demand is high. Or, perhaps some of these businesses have set themselves apart by targeting a niche market.

What I said. It is not outcome that the real about Mobil 1 Oil Change Locations. You check out this article for info on that want to know is Mobil 1 Oil Change Locations.

How is How to Create a Niche Market for Your Business

We had a good read. For the benefit of yourself. Be sure to read to the end. I want you to get good knowledge from Mobil 1 Oil Change Locations.

A niche is a special area of demand for a product or service. Not all beauty salons, for example, are created equal in price, customer service, convenient location and hours, scheduling, stylist expertise and so on. The same is literally true for all businesses; web design, marketing consultants, hardware stores, attorneys. The list goes on.

Creating a niche and marketing to both your general and niche markets is a smart business and marketing strategy. You cannot expect to start a business with millions of world wide competitors (via the Internet), hundreds or thousands of regional competitors and a dozen or more local competitors, and instantly, or easily, gain a fair market share without creating a niche market.

Every business has a niche. The key is identifying what that niche is. An online retailer like Amazon.com has a different niche than competitors Barnes & Noble or Borders who rely more on developing a local presence and foot traffic. A few years ago DHL came out with a brilliant commercial pitting itself against the leading overnight delivery service. DHL did not claim to be number one or lower priced. Instead they capitalized on a niche market, being number two and a reliable back up service when you, the consumer, need it most. It was a brilliant campaign.

Identifying or creating a niche means digging deeper into what sets your business, product or service apart from the competition. The typical marketing question is "Why would I buy from you instead of Company X?" Your answer will likely just scratch the surface and match what many competitors could claim. This is where you dig deeper. Look at your location, hours of operation, years of experience, price point, friendly staff, response time to customer inquiries or processing orders, the quality of your product or delivery of your service, personalized attention, and so on.

For example, marketing easy access to your business from a major road or highway is a niche that should drive traffic and make sales soar. If you are the only video store in your area play it up. If your video store carries a large selection of hard to find movies in VHS format and stays open until midnight, those are two more niche markets. Being a new wholesale supplier in a regional area is big news to your local city as well as the region, creating multiple niches for your business overnight. Claims of being the first, the only one or the original are unique niche selling points that no one else can (legitimately) claim.

Do not wait for your industry or market to become saturated to identify and market your niche. Start now. Work both your general market as well as your niche market to develop a solid foundation for success so you can survive when competition does heat up. As your business grows or your industry changes so will your niche opportunities grow and change.

One of the most marked effects of bulimia is on the teeth and mouth. Frequent vomiting brings up stomach acid into the mouth, eroding teeth's enamel. Cavities and gum infections are common in people with bulimia. The stomach acid also irritates the esophagus, producing heartburn, and the salivary glands, making them swell.

Bulimia harms the entire body. People with bulimia also tend to be constipated from laxative abuse and improper nutrition. Bulimics typically eat high calorie, low nutritional value foods like breads or ice cream. As a result, they may be undernourished and have dry skin, hair, and nails.
